Booking a Session
Sessions are held at sunrise or just before sunset, June through October—when the light is soft, golden, and perfect for capturing portraits you’ll always treasure.
When you’re ready to book, just check your dates, to hold your spot, we ask for a $200 session fee. You can pay online, in person, or by mail—whatever’s easiest for you. Onces booked your date is locked in and you’re all set!. All of our portraits are by appointment only, please don’t hesitate to call if you haven’t pre-booked. You never know, we may have had a cancellation.

FAQ
WHAT'S REQUIRED TO BOOK A SESSION?
To have your session fully booked I will need you to sign a contract and pay a non-refundable retainer. (add travel fees if applies) are due a week before our session.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
I recommend booking your session 2-3 months in advance. Feel free to contact me if you're pressed for time and need to book last minute. I also update my social media platforms if there's ever a last minute availability.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?
Each session receives the high resolution images in a gallery to download. You can request a USB for backup. All files have a Print Release. I do offer a wide variety of prints and products for an additional cost. Products include prints, canvases, wood prints. If you're looking for something a little more specific, feel free to contact me.
WHEN WILL I GET MY IMAGES?
You will receive your images in an online gallery in 3-5 weeks after your session. Inquire about an expedited turnaround.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Keep it simple! Neutral tones look best. Stay away from bright colors or loud patterns or wild colors. It is windy on the beach, so your hair will get messy. Try to tie up your hair.
WHY ONLY SUNRISE OR SUNSET?
We know those are not the best times for the little ones, but there is a major reason. The beach is a very bright setting and there is no shade. you can choose another location like a park or a tidal pool.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR SESSIONS?
Up to 2 hours. I like to take our time with you in order to create a natural, relaxed and fun family beach portrait experience! I love to get candid of all the kids, they make the best photos.
WHAT ABOUT WEATHER?
If it rains we will reschedule, if my schedule does not work, we are in a network of other professionals and will do everything we can to help you find another photographer during your stay. But understand weather does play a part in beach photography. Windy days are common and to be expected on the beach.
